Welcome to My Nightmare

This page is the gateway to the various BrikWar games we've had that contain elements of horror.
Within these pages you'll find the terrors that we've subjected our victims... er, players to, once they've gotten a taste for BrikWars.

!Zombies!

Members of NELUG participated in the first wave of Zombie invasions on January 29th, 2005. Employing fire, chainsaws, fire, holy water and more freakin' fire; they attacked and assaulted the zombies like is never seen in horror movies.
 Frankly, I was dismayed.
Where was the fear? Where was the frantic boarding up of windows? Where was the half-naked, screaming chick?
This, of course, only sets the stage for !Zombies 2!: Electric Boogaloo.
While a tad disjointed, the !Zombies! page does contain the first ever NELUG-Brikwar video. Cut down from the six hours to a handy 12 minutes!

The Brikington Manor Horrors

Played on October 23, 2004, this premier horror game had role-playing elements as the players took on the personas of thier character to explore a fully realized Victorian house to find their stolen souls.
Shaun Sullivan created a real work of art, taking on the order of 8 months to build and furnish the house itself.
Plus he created a tightly wound plot that was worthy of Lovecraft himself. The game included hand-held props, music, secret motives for the characters and an introduction video to set the stage for the players, who were kept in the dark about the details until the start of the game.
The Brikington Manor Horrors stands as one of the greatest horror games we've played to date.
