Godzilla, GURPS style

Sometimes I really miss dorking out my weekend with friend and paper-and-pencil RPGs. Other times I'm glad I don't have my whole weekend disappearing into that black hole anymore.

Oh no, there goes Tokyo! Go, Go, Go, Godzilla!

I can't decide where this one falls.

SJ has an Eberron game every Wednesday at our place. Last night they changed it up and played Mutants and Masterminds. Some of his friends play 3x a week. They don't have wives or girlfriends, a couple don't even have jobs. I wouldn't exactly call it "living the dream" at 30+ years old. Only two live with their parents.

Steve Jackson comes to your house?!? Either he has lowered his standards, or your place is swankier than I imagine.

I dunno, I miss playing games. RPGs were always this love/hate thing with me. I hated actually *going* to a game, but once there, I could get into it. I wanted to play GURPS a lot more than we did, mostly because it was so open. I still have tons of books.

His standards always were pretty low.
