Cheerleading (Part I)

Kelly and her team had their competition yesterday. For some reason, the regional teams were competing at the ass-end of Rhode Island (sorry Al). It's hard to tell from the video, but Kelly was just about beaming through the whole thing. She's really had a lot of fun with cheerleading this year (except when she hasn't, that is).

Aside from the last game today, we figured this was it for the season, but they managed to place 3rd in their division (Jr Midget Intermediate); the B-Team has never placed before. Which means they move on to the next round, also to be held at the same place at the ass-end of Rhode Island (again, sorry Al). We drove about 90 minutes got there for a 3 minute routine, and we get to do it again in two weeks.

Oddly, if they manage to win that one, they’ll move onto Providence, which is only about 20 minutes from home.

Oh well, Go Team!

Oh, no offense. I mean, why would I? I only live about 5 miles away. And, I work at the very place shown in your video. Nah.. ;)

Besides crying about how horrible it is down here, why don't you call me next time your coming down? We could find something fun to do.

Oh wait... there isn't anything like that. Dammit!
