Here Comes the Sun
The sun finally came out today.
It's been raining for almost a week. While everywhere else seemed to flood our storm drain, which is usually prone to backing up whenever it so much as mists, was functioning properly.
Yesterday, they had blocked off a way to work and the detour led me on a long, twisting way the fuck off the beaten path route for about 10 miles. In the end, I came out about a half-mile from where the detour began.
I have no idea if it's supposed to last, but it's nice to see blue sky again.
