Whoo-hoo! I just won the box set of DVDs from the Hometown Tales guys! And by "just won" I mean that I finally listened to the podcast for this week to find that I was the lucky guy (apparently I've been a winner since Tuesday).

I'm pretty excited. I've been digging the video segments that have come through the feed, but I was hoping to get a few whole shows to watch on TV. I love this kind of stuff. As a kid, I was a huge fan of In Search Of... and it's ilk. I'll leave the History Channel's UFO Files on all day if no one bothers me. I have to say that I'm a hard-core skeptic, but that doesn't diminish from my suspension of disbelief while watching. UFOs, ghosts, bigfoot, vampires and other creatures of the night. Awesome. Don't believe a word of it, but awesome. I mean, how groovy would it be if even only half of it were true?
