Grey

So Lego, in an infinite act of oddity, has decided to change the color of dark and light grey to something else they're still calling dark and light grey. There's been a fantastically long thread about this on lugnet and some people are quite ravenous about it. Much of what's been said I have to agree with; if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

It started here: http://news.lugnet.com/general/?n=43553

I personally think it's too bad Lego believes it's necessary to change it. I mean, it's grey. How much "brighter" does it need to be? Neutral colors are a necessary fact of life and in a construction hobby like this, they're crucial. This would be great if they were adding variations in grey to the color palette, but they're changing existing colors after 20 or 30 years.

It just doesn't seem right.
